Property Scam

I have booked a 300 sq.yd. Plot in Faridabad with D.D. Infrastructure vide their receipt no. F361 dt. 21.12.2005 against a payment of Rs.438, 000/- vide cheque no. 456052 drawn on Standard Chartered Bank.

Since then there has been no communication from the builder & no response as to the status of project. Upon asking for refund they have given a set of papers to be submitted beforehand, a week after which the cheque would be supposedly despatched. We are required to submit that we are asking for refund of our own volition & no case has been filed or ever will be filed against developer. All this, even before seeing our refund money. Please help.
