Hello All,

Be aware of these guys. Deccan Properties so called owner the Great Gautam does not own any land in Sriperumbudur. He is just misguiding people. He will offer some land far far away un-approved and will ask for the remaining 60% of the payment. This is his trick of getting more money from us. I dont understand how he doesnt have the money when he never bought any land. In Daffodils (its at Kanchipuram and not Sriperumbudur) he holds just couple of acres instead of 110 acres which might have been bought at 25/sqft as it was un-approved. We paid close to 300/sqft for a DTCP approved land 2km from Highway with all the facilities as mentioned in the brochure. Gautam still holds all the money as he has not invested anywhere. Its almost 2 years that we invested and with interest it should be 39.24% compounded annually at 18% as mentioned in the MOU. He has to return the money according to the LAW as he has not been able to follow his promise according to MOU. Morover he never had the intension to be fair. After lakhs of phone calls/email/police complaint/political threats he has woken up.
