Hello Guys,

If you want to invest in any Plot in Bangalore be-aware of the following names in real state.

No 1 - Venkat Gautam - The so called MD of Deccan Properties, Gem Properties has floated multiple projects in Bangalore and Chennai on paper even though he doesnt owns any land. He is very good in cheating and posses great negotiation skills. He will bluff that he will resolve but he never will. He changes his cell phone every week and will be a nightmare. I couldnt talk to him even after losing 3 lakhs in last 2 years. None of his assosiate will give his number.

Will post Venkat Photo in my next complaint. Got his photograph from Gem properties registered in Singapore.

No 2 - Christopher - Terms himself of a big shot in real state has started golden properties and selling Land in Bangalore and Ooty is a close assosiate of Venkat Gautam. Rumours are that they are all now at Golden properties.

No 3 - Babu a local rowdy of Chennai is working closely with Venkat Gautam.

No 4. - Saranya - Close assosiate of Venkat and has been to jail twice. Good at fooling customer.

In all their project their Modus - Operandi has been same. Put the plot a little less than the market price, some website and a good brochure and right marketing.

Get only 40% initially as advance payment and then say working on approval.
