Cheating / fraud - non payment of commission

I got my booking done through property dealer Dejavu Shelter in Lotus Panache project. Dealer, Ashish, agreed for 6 % discount upfront. Later on he told that 4 % discount is passed on immediately by the builder and 2 % comission would be paid by him. Its almost 18 months now, the dealer has no intention of paying. though, on persuation, he gave post dated cheques (after deduction of TDS). First cheque got bounced (though got cleared after redeposition) and after 2nd cheque deposition, he "stopped" the payment.

He is a real frod & cheat and on follow up using all possible abusive language. What a change in attitude once the deal is made...

Recommend that no one should deal with him
