Dev Chand villa, M 12/ 1E DLF phase II Gurgaon PIN 122015

This is my PG address. My landlord Mr. Dev Khanna is not returning my deposit and harrasing me by asking for more money. I have already left the pg accommodation after serving the notice period and adhering to all the compliance given by the landlord. Initially he said that he will return my deposit within 2 days and then it is almost 2 months since I left the pg and I have not received any money.

He calls me at my number asking for more money for using his almirah and harrasses me by calling at odd times.

I am not sure if I can go for police complaints as I am new to this place.
