Installation of Mobile Towe

Dear Sir

I had purchase a flat from promoter, while constructing the building promoter has also install the Reliance mobile Tower on the roof of the building, Flat owners of the building are objected the installation of mobile tower, but promoter told that he will take care the maintenance of the building, Building Having 6 Flats, till now he sold 5 flats, Now he is not taking care of the building.

Can the Flat owner of the building ask the promoter to remove the tower from the building?

Can we take legal action against the promoter to remove the tower from the roof of the building?

Please also suggest some steps that we can take towards the promoter to remove the Tower or to pay the maintenance for the Building
