Devika skypers flat
False commitment

We booked a 1252 sq ft flat in devika skypers ghaziabad rak nagar extnsn NH-58 in february..

we booked the flat in february beacuse they offered a scheme under valentine's day offer which offered modular kitchen and wooden work free for whole house... and they said that we will receive the offer letter of this scheme after few days of booking the flat... but now its october and we havnt received any offer letter from there side... and when we ask them about it they asked us to bring any newspaper cutting or any proof which shows this offer... and they also offered to give the possession of this flat in dec.2010 but there is no sign of completion of this project till december...

we are very much worried...

we paid a heavy amount and also our emi has also started...

please help us in this matter...
