This is in reference to my booking (Unit No. A-1-C) in Gemini Grove, California Country Sector-80, Faridabad made through Madhyam Estate. I was informed that I initially need to pay only 15% of the BSP while booking the said flat instead of 20% written in agreement. After that I can get my Home Loan approved and pay the rest of amount through Loan.

On recommendation of Madhyam Estate I applied for loan through LIC Home Loan, but my application was not properly processed by them. After that I was asked to get my loan processed through DHFL by both the parties i.e. Dhingra’s and Madhyam.

My loan application No. 00668615 was approved for Rs. 2108400/-, but DHFL has told me that they are unable to disburse the outstanding amount for my booking because Dhingra’s have not provided then with the NOC.

Now I have received the cancellation of the said booking by Dhingra’s and all the involved parties are not responding to my requests and trying to shed the responsibility on one or the other.

I am going to file a complaint with police against them, if anyone there who have been cheated by then can join me.
