More than 2 yrs delay in Handing over apartment and construction of 2 New towers

Dear Sir,

I have booked an apartment in DLF NewTown Heights, Rajarhat Kolkata in 2008. Delivery of apartment was expected in Jun. I have sent several mails to DLF on Hand ove rof apartment and evry time they have come up with new delivery scheudles like

Sep 2010

Jan

Jul

Oct

Jan

Jul

Oct

Jan12- Mar

and Now May.

I have alreayd made the payments and ofcourse with help of SBI loan, paying heavy amount as interest and also paying House rent.

This is pinching a lot and ofourse as we all know, ther eis no rule and regulations in India for common man.

DLF was not able to complete project in time and after that they have introduced 2 new towers in same 15 acre land without consideration of their existing costomers.

Please look into the issue and help us to get the money back from DLF as early a spossible. We demand for more than what we have paid for the apartment.

I request you to look into this matter as early as possible.
