Non - Refund of Application Form Money

We had applied for EWS flats/plots location DLF Phase V, Gurgaon in 05 but till date have yet not received the application form money refunded for our two applications applied as details given below:

The registration charges of Rs. 5000/- each were paid along with the application form.

Till date we have not received any updates of our money.

Although we tried to contact DLF Phase V, Gurgaon office and they directed us to contact their DLF Delhi office as address mentioned below:

As per their records the money has been refunded but we have yet not received our money.

I have been in touch with Mr. Amulya Prasad & Sarika Setia since last six month but there is no proper response from their side. They asked me to send Indemnity Bond and the same was provided to them at the same time. But after all these process we are unable to get our money back.

We want our money back along with interest as applicable till date.

I w'd request to the forum for the necessary action for our money refunded.
