Possession of row house

I have book row house in Aurangabad from M/s DNK Combines, disha construction, sutgirni chowk, Aurangabad.in march. builder Mr. Motewar promise to handover row house in Jan and collect 100 % full payment aginst row house. But till date it unable to give possession it will still take time of two to three months . i am suffer financially very badly because bank started loan installment deduction in my salary.
