Harrasment in refunding the registration money

Over the last one year, I have followed up with the following company representatives since we cancelled the booking of our flat and wanted the refund of our money:-

&-Mr. Sanjeev Kumar from S K Associates (Details of calls made to him will be furnished by my mobile service provider)– mobile no 9910261022, he is the dealer / agent who represents Dreamland and had sold it to us initially. He has been instrumental over numerous telephonic conversations.

&-Mr. Rajeev Choudhary (contacted since June ’09)- As per him I was supposed to wait for some time without any timelines and mentioned that the company is short of funds, emails will be furnished.

&- Mr. Manoj Goel.

At the time of recession my wife got out of job and hence due to personal financial reasons was looking for the cancellation and refund. Also to mention that my wife was expecting our second baby and the medical expenses need to be taken care of. However it seems now that after being asked to follow up and call back for 10 months, the company is further delaying my request for refund although I have clearly mentioned that my financial condition is unfortunately not good and I need my money back.

I would look at this as HARRASMENT, DISRESPECT & MOCKERY of me, my family and my financial situation. The company has not shown any regard to my earlier requests and is still trying to make a fool of me by asking me to wait without any timelines for refund of my own money. I was denied any access to talk to or meet up with the top officials of the company to get consideration into my refund case.

I have been waiting and following up on my refund request for a long time now and I would like to have a resolution and refund of my money. As per the contract, after rendering the affidavit for refund to your company, I have to wait for a period of 30 days before expecting a refund, which I have done.

On 8th of December ’09, the NOC as well as affidavit was received by your company after repetitive refusals to accept the same formally on earlier occasions.
