UNFAIR TRADE (MAL) PRACTICES BY IDEAL REAL ESTATES AND NK REALTORS FOR IDEAL ENCLAVE, RAJARHAT KOLKATA

Dear future Customers

I have informing all about an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES adopted by IDEAL ENCLAVE, residential project in Rajarhat (IDEAL REAL ESTATES claimed to be a renowned real estate group of Kolkata!!!). During my visit to IDEAL enclave site on 4th August afternoon I had a detailed discussion with Marketing team head of N K Realtors Group who was solely assigned by IDEAL Group for doing the marketing of the project. Base on the vacancy position, I have short listed flat no E 5 2nd floor on 4th Aug evening and subsequently filled up the application form & installment schedule sheet on the same day (i.e. 4th August) against flat number E 5 2nd floor. I had handed over a cheque amounting Rs 102575/- of dated 8th August with a request to hold the flat till 8th August. In fact concerned marketing representative only told me to deposit the post dated cheque so that holding of flats can be made possible. Even before leaving for Delhi on 5th Aug morning they reconfirmed that flat will be kept on hold till 8th Aug.

Unfortunately I have received a call in the evening from N K Group that this flat has already been sold to someone by developers (i.e. IDEAL GROUP) without confirming it from the marketing team though they are solely responsible for marketing the project. This is most unfortunate & shocking for a customer that even though my application/ request has been considered for holding the flats till 8th Aug by acknowledging the post dated cheque, I have now been denied for the said flat.

Even after multiple communications with IDEAL Group and NK Realtors representative I did not receive any justifiable response from developers. I was ultimately forced to stop payment against the cheque on 9th August. Developer even did not bother to respond to this wrong practices originated by Mr Tulsiyan who has probably sold the flats to another customer (as Communicated by IDEAL Group Rep) without informing Marketing Group.

People who are interested for projects under this group should be cautious and restrain from any dealing with them. This sort of dual dealing or unfair practice is creating bad image and harass the customers who are genuinely interested for the projects in KOLKATA.
