DS MAX Properties - worst quality flats

DS MAX properties are giving flats which later will converted into room with cracks and their restrooms contains leakages which result into leakage of water in any of your room. Their sales person will tell you that this is one or two flat remaining for sale if you buy now we will give car parking free and all. In my apartment there is no water supply all we need to do is brought water from water tank and we have to pay for it. they will say they will provide garden and Jim but now its under construction, but when they sold all flats they just disappeared. So even if you see their prices are low, do not buy that flat as material used is of very low quality which later cause you for repair. you want good property to buy then never think about DS MAX
