Dispute in booking unit rate and demand note

I have purchased a flat from Earth Infrastructure in Earth Towne, Noida extension. now the demand note raised is much higher than that of my unit rate as per the booking. I am pursuing with the company's customer care unit for the correctiona and getting harassed day by day as no body is able to clarify.

They have already surprised me by changing the project master plan and individual floor plan. Everything is going on in an random way and the accountability is totally confusing.

I want to withdraw from the project and want my money back with interest.
