has been selling land on their mountainheights project near Pali, MH project on complete false pretences. I booked two residential bungalow plots in 2008. I paid circa Rs 68, 000 as booking amount. They issued me receipts for it. They also said that they have Non Agriculture certificate for this land and offered phase wise payment scheme tied in with progress on the project.

Till date there has been no developments like electricity, water, plotting, road or hedging on these land plots. Moreover, investors came to know that the land does not belong to this company and they have been misleading clients by selling it on flase pretences. They are refusing to give refunds and in some instances post dated cheques issued have bounced. They have issued me a cheque that is dated 28 months after cancellation.

I wish to seek help against these fraudsters because they are hardcore scammers and will always find ways to rob people of hard earned money.
