I have booked a 1195sq ft apartment on 4 th floor in August and made payment as per builder requirement. Though, builder has promised to start construction in Aug itself, same started in Jan. Now, the builder has changed the floor plan and has not been responding properly. With a 2 month follow up, they gave the new layout and now they are forcing me to take apartment at 14th floor. And though they have changed G 14 to G 19, same is not been told at all. This is a big cheating. They are just trying to get rid of their original customers, so that they could sell the same at higher to new customers. But at this kind of back ground, i don't think they they will be true to any customer. I hereby call all the existing customer to unite and question the builder about their malicious intentions. lets prove that customers will not spare this kind of builders.
