Hi,

I booked a flat in Earthtowne in june and even after paying first 10% as booking amount was not given any allotment letter nor any BBA.

then was asked to pay 5% more with promise that on paying 15% of toal amount BBA and allotment letter will be provided.

I paid 5 % too, then was told layout has been changed and your flat size has been increased by 100 sqft and I need to pay the balance amount (to make it 15%).

Also again, I was promised that BBA and Alotemnet letter will reach me in 10 days time. This last assurance was given to me on 15 april.

However after that i have been chasing this with ET but there is no one to pick the calls or any communication from ET's side for the delay in sending the BBA and other docs.

Can anybody help me?
