Moving out of wriiten commitment

Dear Sir,

I had booked one commercial shop in Eatrh Towne at Noida extension in Feb, for which I was given written commitments with terms and conditions aggreed by both parties. But after taking advance against Booking, Company started demanding incresed Rate than it was given in writting. for which I approched CCU Department, I had posted many registered letters, had mailed a number of times, and went to their office a 100 times. Lastly I was told to contact Mr. Sameer Khan, who has promissed with his tactice that he is bussy with some routine office works and, this is not a big issue as every thing is is writting you be rest assured that it is done its my promise (Its khan promise He quoted like that), and he kept me in dark for next two months, in the mean time he come to me requesting that, as many costommers have posted negative comments, we request you to please give us positive feed back, and your work is done, within next two days you will get the corrected demand letter with the previous agreed terms. So did they took my photo and written comments on mail and published in HT advertisement colums, without my permision.

This is my personnel request to Mr Gupta ji (Director, Earth Infrastructure Ltd.), please dont make public fool.

And now I am mioving to consumer court, and I will see to it that any one known to me get out of your clutch and do not invest with you people.
