East Avenue Apartment Indirapuram is worse, a Poor Man's society. Here are its excellent features:-

-Power Backup - It is not there because NO ONE is capable to pay as less as 500/- p.m. to get generator working all the night in worse power affected Indirapuram when there is power outage for whole night thanks to their SACRED inverters capable enough to enlighten their house even for 24 hrs in a day.

-There is NO RWA in this society because there is a dispute from Builder Quantum Buildwell (Currently building in Raj Nagar Extension GZB) that on approved MAP they had shown basement parking but they played it cleverly and did not handover the basement to society and kept with themselves.

- Construction quality is very very poor, it is visible on its exterior walls. Patches are visible with poor quality of cement Balu Mixture. The builder is not unaware of it rather he is offering help by saying that he can arrange for its repair by collecting the money from residents of society itself.

- No space of parking 2 Wheelers, there is no space to park vehicle in parking area, residents use to park vehicle wherever they find space and no one stops no one.

- Only one security guard to take care of both the gates front and back.

- Beggers can just walk in on any of a flat in the society by the use of lift... amazing

- Transformer are 2 in number but there is they both were repaired in 15 days last year because there is no proper electrical check outs causing the power hit back from one transformer to other and it crashed. Once it repaired it then do the same thing to other so the other was also got repaired because of this.

- Tenants been treated as Aliens and not been called in meetings and also not been called in parties or house owners rather just asked to pay the amount imposed by the society regularly.

Please beware of its residents before purchasing flats in this excellent RAM BHAROSE society.
