Fake commitments and project

I booked my 2 bhk flat on 14-feb in this project. they said that this project is being operated by swami ram dev ji and you will not get this rate any where but the truth is very ugly. they be-fooled me very smartly as they sold me the flat at the rate of 3200 Rs/ Sq. Ft. and told me that they will give possession in december but now the situation is very bad as they are not likely to give possession even in 2 years, i m sure. Now even they are selling at 2600 rs/sq. ft.

Please don't purchase any property from them better you go ahead with a plot for 100 or 200 sq. yds which will cost only 5k to 7k.

These peoples are totally fraud and now they are even not ready to give me my money. be careful in haridwar.
