ERA Land Marks/ERA Group- Devine Courts
Cheating Customers

I booked a flat in ERA Landmarks - Devine Courts, Sector-76 Faridabad, Haryana in July.

1. The Developers gave us choice of selecting the Flat as per prefered location in the Project. So, I selected the Flat which was Park Facing.

2. Now the developer has converted the Park into 3 parts a) Creche b) a place of relious interest and c) a very small green Patch.

3. The Floor plan of the developer is still not approved by the Govt Agencies.

4.Without having the Floor plan they have started construction and the material is of very poor quality.

5.They have also removed another Green Patch form the Project and added another 30-40 Flats which were not visible at the time of Launch.

6.Staff and officers of ERA group are not responding positively.

7.Non of the customer was informed about the changes in the Project.

ERA Group Doesn't seem to be a reliable company considering the above metioned facts and harassment being faced by customer.

Please advice what can be done so that the customers get what they were offered at the time of booking.
