I believe subhash Ghai would soon need the services and the talent of the Era Landmarks staff. How wishfully they construe a story, it sure will give ghai a major super hit.

When a customer approached their customer care personnel, who sits where the construction site is and asked him, that he is been reading a lot of bad news on the status of the project through the net. The script writter poured out a solid story, you would laugh at the premise the executive doled out... He said, that sir, see there is a lot of competition in the real estate world and it is the competing companies that are trying to tarnish the image of our well meaning and well founded enterprize... Era Landmarks... and that is why we don t even reply to their BAKWAAS... why should we, our customer trusts and thats why we don t stoop to the level and reply back.

Marvellous story, guess by making such lame excuses they (Era landmark) has been able to survive till now. Why would competition or compititors plant stories on the net. its us the consumers that are writting our concerns and grievances so that public at large notices and gets aware of the real facts as Era is deliberatly trying to conceal vital facts and dispite are many efforts has till date not replied. The developer is not honouring any commitment it made to us at the point of sale and since, has shown scant respect to our right to information.

Never the less a lovely story... wish we could expect something better and concreate???
