Eshwari Builders and Developers
Delay more than 2 yrs in the completing the Apartment

Hello,

I am a victim of the Eshwari Builders and Developers, whose office is located in the Hotel city Centaur, Majestic, Bangalore.

Mr. HM Natraj the owner of this builders have cheated many like me with his project named "Eshwari Enclave" being constructed at Kanaka Nagar, RT Nagr, Banglaore.

He has not completed the project since more than two years. I do not have words to describe his worst, cunning, cruel, and bad personality.

He never get in touch with the people who have brought flat from him, as his intention is not to complete the project but, to mint common man's hard earned money.

Any one who have brought flats from him, and suffering they can join the yahoo group. below is the link.

People who are victims like me have started to unite and joining the group and we are in touch with each other to pressurize the builder.

Till date today he is escaping from people who have brought the flats and is not to be seen at the apartment under

construction. He always make false promises to complete the project.

People who have not booked please beware...

This guy is a BIG TIME CHEATER...

do not throw your hard earned money to such people.

My request to all the prosperous buyers:

Anywhere you take the flat/land inquire thousand time before making a deal. It is worth it!

Prefer Ready to move in apartments.

I request the administrator to contact, if they can extend any help in resolving the burning issue in a peaceful manner.
