Non-completion of project

Everest World/TerraForm Realty/Vimal Builders are cheaters/fraud/bogus company changing names of thier company.

We have paid booking amount in the month of October when they promised completion of the project LILAC (3 BHK at the cost of 2 BHK is what they advertised) by early 2012. Now after close to 2 years they want us to cancel the booking so they can refund what we paid. NO interest will they pay.

Is this not cheating? They also say that if we continue to keep the booking, they are not sure when they will start construction of the building.

My request to people is to post their complaints online so that the management knows how the customers feel about this gullible company.
