Demanding Money for Every Step

Dear Sir,

My self Santosh (9716739639), and i got a flat in Madhuban Bapudham EWS Scheme. this is my second complaint regarding demanding money by GDA staff (under table) i have already paid total installment of GDA upto till date.

and i have also paid Rs. 25000/- (under table) to (Mr... GDA Building Section Staff) in December and again paid Rs 10000/- (under table) to (Mr... GDA Building Section Staff) in june Diffrent diffrent person every time

Now They are again demanding money for lease agreement and sale agreement, but now i am not able to pay any amount under table so please advise what can i do. please help me for save my flat.
