I had booked a Flat in Exotica Elegance, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 2009.Bank financing this project was IDBI Bank and Vision Retail was the Bank's TP Agent. They delibrately delayed the disbursment of Loan despite, I provided them all the documents. They were saying that Bank is doing some Technical assessment for the Builder and there is delay in Disbursement of Loan. Vision Retail is the Representative of IDBI Bank (Vision Retail) involved in this Fraud.
Now they are charging hefty interest at the time of posession saying that it is delay from my side and there is no fault of bank. I think this is a Nexus between IDBI Bank (Vision Retail) and Exotica Developers to cheat people.
