Dear sir,

with reference to the subject, I have booked 1 flat (studio apartment) in ferrous infrastructure pvt ltd at their housing plant at sector-89 faridabad.

I have done the booking on 15.04.2008 & as on date they have not done any construction at this particular site.

Till today they had given me false commitment & my purpose not solve yet.

Request to you kindly look into the same & refund my money with interest.

I have given the below details for your necessary information.

1 - booked on 15-04 receipt no. 3351 rs.150000/-.

2- 2nd installment paid on 07-05.2008 receipt no. 3501 rs. 150000/-

3- 3rd time amount paid rs. 67800/- Receipt no 10981 dtd. 06.08.2008 to complete the 30% amount of basic prise (rs. 1226000/-) At the time of booking dealer confirm me the basic price would be rs. 1200000/- There also they were give me the wrong information & I have made the payment accordingly.

Total payment made = 150000 150000 67800= rs. 367800/-

I have asked about the development of the flats so many times but still no development at their construction site.

I have spoken to so many ferrous's representative but time by time person left the ferrous.

Yesterday I have visited your gurgaon office & given the written application for refund my money.

I have touch with mr. Vipin (marketing representative) since last 2 yesrs regarding the same.

Now I want to my money back with interest which deposited to ferrous.

Please do the needful in this regards.

I am looking for your early action on this to close the issue.
