Dealy is possesion by omaxe

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Flate in Omaxe Parkwwod Baddi in Tower Kachnar D flat no 502 in Jan and made 95% of payment total Rs. 1170000/-.But till now omaxe has not given completion of the same i visted site they have not even started the construction of Tower and after so much followup they are not responding and not giving any reponse i am Giving Rs 160000 bank intrest every year. Please help me and guide me how i can recover my money.omaxe is the worst builde
