Dear sir,

I paid 6, 00, 000/- to builder for book two 1BHK flat at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Now I have some financial problems, so i cant pay further amount. I asked the builder to give me two-three months time to pay all the money or please provide me all the documents to take home loans from any co-operative bank.

But now builder is not giving me any document and he told me that pay the money within 1 month or he will sell both flats to other customer.

What should i do now. please help me on this issue.
