Yes I agree with you all, same here I have also booked my flat in year 2009 they have assured me that the possession will be given in the end of the year but 2011 is over & now it's the mid of 2012 they have not yet given the possession & they do not strict to there words, when we ask them about the flat, they says that if u want u take u r money back, now I have took a loan, how can i pay it now, even currently I reside in a rented apartment
