Encroachment in cosumer rights to use the terrace

I have purchased a Flat at mayfair virar garden. As i didnt get proper signal from my window/grill I wanted to put dish antenna of tata sky on the terrace. the builders employee mr. sunil has very rudely and arrogantly denied my rights for the terrace of putting dish antenna. he even threatened me that if i put dish antenna he will throw away my dish antenna and hit the tata sky engineers if they put they try to put dish antenna on the terrace. This gundagardi and harrasement is happening because of the employees of builders and they say they have made the rule to not to allow dish antenna to any one as the maintainence contract is with them.

Sir i am having legal right to open terrace (terrace on the top of the building) as per the municipal corporation acts which i have emailed them but they didnt reply and continuing the same harrasment. Pl think trwice before buying the flat on the wrong side.
