I had the worst experience with these builders. There are the new babies in the real estate field which initially promises of standards of Big builders but at the end they are bad than the small builders. There first project Fortuna icon delayed by 2 years and still the work is not 100 % complete.

Fortuna classic there next project is also delayed by 2 years, just because the clients threaten them they are hurrying up on the project with giving bad quality titles and bad finishing work.

Instead of finishing the unfinished project, they are now launching the Fortuna Atlantis project, if any one planning to book a flat here, request you to think twice as they will make u pay your EMI promptly and never give the flat. One ends up paying EMI and rent.

I have paid 90% of the flat amount and only 40% of work is done.

They have not completed the work and want me to pay the rest of 10% amount also.

Be careful when you are dealing with these builders.
