Complaint against Ganapathy Subramanian PAN number (AVBPS9695)

Rented apartment: Ground floor, Door no 1, Kumaran Villa, Sarathy Nagar, 5th street extension, Velachery.

We were five girls staying in the apartmenrt.

The house gets flooded even with little bit of rain. Rain water starts seeping in from the tiles- from underground.

When we complained to the owner they asked us the get it cleaned- and they will reimburse the money. But within 2 hrs water started getting filled in the house again. Full house got fungus, all clothes /shoes / TV, air conditioner got spoilt.

We told them that we are vacating- they said "dont worry- we will give back the full advance amount whenever you vacate"

But when we vacated- they did not reimburse the full cleaning money- as well as cut one month extra rent from us.

Please help/ suggest in this regard
