There are many issues "mentioned below" regarding Gaur Homes, Govindpuram project.

We are paying 1 RS per square feet 10% Tax additional charges every month as maintenance changes but yesterday my washroom ceiling has been fallen down due to heavy air blowing that was company fitted and today I ask for maintenance but they people refuse and says this thing is not come under maintenance field.

This is very bad at least if we are paying appox 1500 Rs per month on the name of maintenance then we should get it atleast we should not robed on the name of complacency maintenance charges.
