Worst quality construction

This is about the Gayathri Residency at Manikonda Constructed by Gayathri constructions who have another poor construction coming up near the first venture. They do not maintain quality, all false promises and no response to customer after getting the money. Some examples of the issues are poor sanitary and electrical work. New Bulb holders broke while installing bulbs first time. No cement under tiles, tiles cracked and broke for a few and they found gap under the tiles.

Cracks on walls even in the newest part of the building handed over just 3-4 months ago. Most recent issues are that cracks on walls are causing problems to door and windows. We continue to suffer from cracks, leakages every day. Over that they have not completed some work like transfering electric meters and some other possession documents are still to be handed over. Want to see the issues! visit the venture they believe they have completed (actually not). We need to find a way to deal with them soon as once they sell the new building nearby they plan to flee and hence they are in a hurry to finish it.
