I had asked some question from GDA under RTI after depositing Rs 10/- as RTI fee, but as I had received no reply then I again sent a letter to Appellettee officer, but again no result. I had also mailed the complaint of same to CIC, RTIU.P., Major News Papers ect, but no result. It indicated that how the govt. bodies are making fool the general public in the name of RTI. If anyone know about the RTI further please tell me.

Dear PRO,

I want some information of your various housing schemes under RTI act. I had deposited the required RTI fee through ………………………………………………………………………..-

1. What are the statuses of yours various plot schemes launched in 2004 like Indirapuram (738), Indirapuram Prime, Madhuban- BapuDham?

2. Can An Authority like you, prelaunch the schemes without the availability of land bank for such scheme, even after the guidelines of Hon able Supreme Court? What was the status of land bank for those at the time of invitation of applications in those schemes?

3. How much amount was collected under these schemes (separately) by selling the broachers for those schemes?

4. How much money was collected under these schemes (Separately) through EMD? What was done of that Money?

5. How much interest GDA charged from an allottee for any delay of payment? How much was paid to Applicants of those Schemes?

6. What benefit was given to applicant of those scheme?

7. Is there any rule to extend the last date of any scheme? And how many times an authority can extend the last date? What is an advantage to applicants applied initially?

8. Is GDA a public service body or a profit earning body?
