A 49 chander nagar the builder has sold A PORTION OF that roof also as a house

SIR,

I am a resident of A 49 G1 chander nagar, gaziabad.

Here A 49, S2 number flat of the same building has made a 2 room house on the roof top .. where there are 3 number of floors. It is illigal to construct a house on the roof top. the builder has sold A PORTION OF that roof also as a house.

Hence its an illigal connstruction on the roof top..

Kindly take appropriate steps to satisfy us.. we cant use that common area ..
