Illegal construction of Maszid

Hi,

I am a resident of Ghaziabad Authority Flat and i live in 1st floor since 5 years. Actually the location of our Flat is 3 side open we had a road infront of our house of 120m width, however our house has been overshadowed by the construction of Mazar by some of the Muslims illegally on side of road they and they have been building it in bits and pieces.

We did not take any action earlier as we thought that they are not going to continue building it any Higher, as it is govt. prop, but to my suprise they continued building work and even after asking to stop it they said that they are making it for their sons and daughter-in-law and on arguing if how they can use govt. prop for there personal use said that they wont built it anymore, but then after 3-4 mnth they again started building it higher which overshadowed our flat.

At the end i had to step ahead and go to the people who were working there and stop them from working. I spoke to a lady who on asking about the person responsible for the construction said that it is Pir Baba who is doing it and startd giving me nonsense and to my suprise said that they are going to make Maszid here, which is completely unacceptable, as on the name of god they are building it for there own profit.

So I would like Ghaziabad Authority to take a step regarding this before becomes a communal issue.
