InHuman GK developer, No Timely possesion, Poor construction quality

Hello,

I purchased a flat in Pimple Saudagar, Pune from GK developer in 2010. But didn't deliver quality product that was promised. I have been waiting from last 3 months for the possession. Possession was promised in Feb but there were many defects that one can't take possession.

There engineer called Ram is very arrogant, When I was having problem with the flat I approached marketing peoples as I had taken flat from them they redirected me to engineers and engineers are saying it's not there job. All these peoples try to put ball in someone else's court, but nobody cares about resolving the issue.

I will advice to keep away from this builder.

These people don't have professional approach and don't value there customers.
