Illegal occupamcy of rooms

Goenka developers, who is the developer of govind nagar chawl system in malad east region, mumbai - 400097, had made an agreement with the tenants of the chawl, according to which they were shifted to the building in 1993. Now as per the BMC rules once the residents have been shifted the place has to be demolished and the owner has no authority to give this place to any person on rental basis in future, but the builder has given the vacant rooms to people who run small scale industries in chawl houses which is illegal in itself and unknown persons.

i request you to kindly take required actions as these unknown people are a threat.
