Non receipt of maturity amount

Sir,

I have invested Rs 5000.00 in the name of M S Ramayya, for a period of 5 years under Golden Projects Limited (A public Limited company), Head Quaters: Chandigarh, EXT - NH -22, Chandigarh- Delhi highway, near Ambala, Teh. Rjupura, Distt. Patiala (Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter but no post dated Cheque from our agent. The details are as under

1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 00/136360dt. 10/02, St. no. JN00-1536/777791 dt. 31-01.

As we all know that the company had turned up insolvent till the maturity period i.e 07-12, we were in contact will our agent, any every time he showed us some dreams of getting atleast the principle amount, but till now we have not yet recd any penny from him or the company.

These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get the money back.
