I purchased a Flat in Vadapalani nearly 15 months ago. The builder has not completed the promised works in common area till now. The builder Mr. Balasubramaniam and the staff never give proper reply for any of the calls. They are very arrogant. Even after 15 months, our EB card name transfer, other government related issues are not sorted out. We are running from pillar to post to resolve our problems. I request everyone to be very cautious while purchasing flats from such builders.
