Fraud by Jitender Chaudhary MD of Company

I paid Rs 2. Lacs to Green City builder in 2007 for a 200 yard plot in Bhiwari. But the MD of company Jitender Choudhari vanished swallowing all the money. I had filed complaint with economic offense Wing of Delhi Government at Kutub Institutional area and consumer court. I could not follow the case after 2009 as I was away from India. But so far there is no progress in retrieving money from Builder. Could any body inform me what's the latest on this fraud scandal by Jitendra Chaudhari? Has he come out of jail & paid back dues to customers or still enjoying the booty? Pl advise how the money can be recovered now & what to do in this case.

With consumer court I paid couple of visits but there is no progress worthwhile to say.

Pl give the latest info on this case.
