I', m aresident of Gurgaon and had booked a flat in SOLITAIRE GREEN, DHARUHERA, REWARI (HARYANA) being developed by GREEN CITY BUILDTECH LIMITED having its corporate office at A-3, SECTOR 59 NOIDA. I had paid a sum of SIX LAC THIRTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY RUPEES as installment towards the above mentioned flat. I had got the allotment letter as well as all the receipts of the installments. But the project developer Mr. Jitendar Choudhary and his wife were unable to fulfill their commitment . similar problems were faced by hundreds of other citizens who were duped of their hard earned money. Now the offices of the said developer are closed and himself and his wife are arrested.
