GR Sun Villas is the new project belonging to the family members of Corporate Leisure. CLPD (Corporate Leisure) has a very bad reputation from his pas projects on Sarjapur Road. They have now started a new company "GR Projects" and a new project "GR Sun Villas". The marketing office of this project s functioning in Suncity Apartments belonging to CLPD. If you would like to know about the credibility of this builder, please search on internet for CLPD and Suncity Apartments and read the horror stories. Never go by brochures and talks. They have a dubious distinction of hiding the facts and revealing after the sale is done. Residents are being royally cheated in Suncity for the last 7 years, still no reaction or corrective measures from the builder.
