Illegal possesion of parking area

I am a resident of gulshan appartment, 132 saket, indore. We don't have a housing society registered for the appartment and so we don't have the ownership of parking. A resident of my building shows possesion of a particular parking area just on the fact that he's been parking there for some time. What are the remedies available to me in regard to the illegal possesion of parking area?
