The managing commitee of Gulshan villa premises CHS at Andheri west, near the BMW car showroom, is led by a complete thief named Anil Agarwal who is illegally the Secretary although he was not entitled to be so when elected& he is looting the members, including some senior citizens of huge sums of money, pretending to repair the buildings by getting false reports from some dubious consultants-- the buildings have been repaired over 20 times in the past 34 years& the main culprit is a person named Dhawal Dalal who is amazingly also the senior vice president of Merryl Lynch and head of DSP Blackrock bonds in the Indian market &the outgoings additional to the usual maintenance charges is a staggering rs. 10, 000 per flat per month . will someone please step in and stop this nonsense... will the registrar of co op societies step in at once and arrest these thieves?
