Noise pollution in residential area

Dear Sirs,

I am a resident of Kasturi Estates 3rd Street. There is an all-night construction taking place from Midnight to 5 am opposite our houses. Trucks ply all night, cranes and pile drivers are making a big noise continuously and none of us can get ANY sleep. This is ILLEGAL and goes against The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules. The offending party is Green Valley Shelters Pvt Ltd (GVPL).

I have emailed and smsed the Chennai police and also emailed the developers. Would anyone have suggestions as to steps I can take if none of these yield responses?
