Complaint against Fraud & Cheating by M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd

This is to bring to your kind notice that M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. launched a project at Dausa, District Dausa – Rajasthan, on the Agriculture land, which is Corporate Identity No. U45201RJ2007PTC025585, registered under the companies Act 1956. M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. construction & development of a residential group housing colony in the name of “Triveni Nagar” to sell the plots to the public.

We have booked a plot to M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd., against the plot Booking Amount – Rs. 5, 000/- (Rupees Five Thousands Only) in cash on dated 15/11/09.

On dated 27/12, We have paid full & final payment Rs.1, 21, 600/-(one lacs, twenty one thousands, six hundred) to above mentioned company. They assured us for registration of plot after clearing the cheque of balance amount.(enclosed payment receipt photocopy)

Mr. Trilok Chand Sain, Managing Director, of M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd., who had assured us for registry of plot, is not available/avoiding any queries & he always gave false assurance for registry.

We have been trying through various attempts to get the plot registry or refund. On dated 04/04, Mr. Trilok Chand Sain, Managing Director, M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. gave us a cheque no. 613090, dtd. 13/04, amount Rs. 1, 21, 000/- of Allahabad Bank, Dausa-0212251.

We presented the said cheque on 13/04 which was returned unpaid by drawee Bank vide returning Memo dated 11/05 for the reasons `Insufficient Funds`. The said cheque was presented within its validity period and stood dishonoured on presentation.(enclosed Bank returning Memo photocopy)

We hereby, request you for taking necessary legal action against the aforesaid persons & get our hard earned money refunded, with bank interest.
